RISK DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

This Risk Disclosure Statement (“Disclosure”) is provided by Golden Parachute Studios, LLC (“GPS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to inform clients (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) of the inherent risks associated with blockchain networks and Node-as-a-Service (“NaaS”) offerings.

By accessing or using GPS’s Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the risks described herein.

1. GENERAL RISK ACKNOWLEDGMENT

Participation in blockchain networks, including node operation, validation, delegation, and infrastructure hosting, involves significant risk. Blockchain technology is evolving, decentralized, and subject to technical, economic, and regulatory uncertainties.

Client acknowledges that participation in such networks may result in partial or total loss of rewards, tokens, or digital assets.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF PERFORMANCE OR REWARDS

GPS does not guarantee:

• Network uptime or availability
• Continuous operation of nodes or validators
• Receipt of rewards, incentives, or yields
• Protection from slashing, penalties, or missed blocks

Network rewards are determined by protocol rules and network conditions beyond GPS’s control.

3. PROTOCOL AND NETWORK RISKS

Blockchain networks may be subject to:

• Software bugs or vulnerabilities
• Protocol upgrades or rule changes
• Hard forks or chain reorganizations
• Network congestion or outages
• Governance decisions by third parties

Such events may negatively impact node performance or result in loss of rewards or assets. GPS has no control over these events.

4. SLASHING AND PENALTY RISKS

Certain blockchain networks impose penalties, including slashing or reward reduction, for validator downtime, misconfiguration, or protocol violations.

Client acknowledges that:

• Slashing events may occur despite reasonable operational efforts
• GPS is not responsible for protocol-imposed penalties
• Losses resulting from slashing or penalties are borne solely by the Client

5. CYBERSECURITY AND TECHNOLOGY RISKS

Although GPS employs commercially reasonable security measures, risks remain, including:

• Hardware failure
• Power interruptions
• Network connectivity issues
• Cyberattacks or exploits
• Third-party software vulnerabilities

No system is immune from failure or attack.

6. REGULATORY AND LEGAL RISKS

Blockchain networks and digital assets may be subject to evolving laws, regulations, or enforcement actions.

Client acknowledges that:

• Regulatory changes may impact network operations or participation
• Services may be modified, suspended, or terminated due to legal or regulatory requirements
• GPS is not responsible for losses arising from regulatory action or changes in law

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY AND DUE DILIGENCE

Client is solely responsible for:

• Understanding the risks of blockchain participation
• Monitoring delegations, rewards, and network requirements
• Seeking independent legal, financial, or tax advice as needed

GPS does not provide advice or assurances regarding outcomes.

8. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK

By using the Services, Client expressly acknowledges and agrees that:

• Blockchain participation is speculative and risky
• Loss of rewards, penalties, or digital assets may occur
• GPS shall not be liable for losses arising from network, protocol, or regulatory events
