NODE-AS-A-SERVICE (NAAS)
SERVICE DESCRIPTION ADDENDUM

This Node-as-a-Service Service Description Addendum (“Addendum”) supplements and forms part of the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of Golden Parachute Studios, LLC (“GPS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

This Addendum describes the scope, limitations, and operational characteristics of the Node-as-a-Service (“NaaS”) offering.

1. SCOPE OF SERVICES

GPS provides infrastructure hosting services for blockchain node operations, which may include:

• Physical server and GPU hosting
• Network connectivity
• Basic monitoring and maintenance
• Node uptime management on a best-effort basis

Services are limited to infrastructure operation only and do not include financial, custodial, or advisory functions.

2. NON-CUSTODIAL OPERATION

GPS operates strictly as a non-custodial service provider.

Client retains exclusive control and responsibility for:

• Wallet addresses and private keys
• Delegation configuration and validator selection
• Token ownership and movement

GPS does not access, store, or manage private keys or digital assets.

3. SERVICE AVAILABILITY AND UPTIME

Services are provided on a best-effort basis. GPS does not guarantee:

• Continuous uptime
• Zero downtime or interruptions
• Specific performance metrics

Temporary outages may occur due to:

• Maintenance or upgrades
• Network congestion
• Power or connectivity interruptions
• Events beyond GPS’s reasonable control

No Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) applies unless expressly agreed to in writing.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Client is responsible for:

• Ensuring proper delegation and configuration
• Monitoring protocol requirements and updates
• Maintaining compliance with applicable laws and network rules
• Reviewing node performance and rewards independently

GPS shall not be responsible for missed rewards resulting from Client-side configuration or protocol changes.

5. FEES AND BILLING

Fees for NaaS services are communicated separately and may vary based on:

• Network type
• Node requirements
• Infrastructure resources used

Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

6. NETWORK EVENTS AND PROTOCOL CHANGES

Blockchain networks may modify rules, economics, or operational requirements at any time.

GPS shall not be responsible for:

• Losses arising from protocol upgrades or governance decisions
• Network forks or reorganizations
• Slashing or penalty events imposed by the network

7. SUPPORT AND COMMUNICATION

GPS may provide limited operational support related to infrastructure status.

GPS does not provide:

• Investment guidance
• Protocol optimization advice
• Reward forecasting

Client remains solely responsible for decision-making related to network participation.

8. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE

This Addendum is incorporated by reference into and governed by the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms shall control.
