NODE-AS-A-SERVICE (NAAS)
ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs the use of Node-as-a-Service (“NaaS”) and related infrastructure services provided by Golden Parachute Studios, LLC (“GPS,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

By accessing or using the Services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to comply with this Policy.

1. PERMITTED USE

Client may use the Services solely for lawful blockchain node operations consistent with:

• Applicable laws and regulations
• The rules and protocols of the applicable blockchain network
• The Terms and all related policies

Use of the Services must not compromise network integrity, security, or legal compliance.

2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Client shall not use the Services to engage in, facilitate, or support any of the following activities:

2.1 Illegal or Unlawful Conduct

• Any activity that violates applicable local, state, federal, or international law
• Money laundering, fraud, or sanctions violations
• Activities prohibited by regulatory authorities

2.2 Network Abuse and Security Violations

• Attempts to exploit, attack, disrupt, or manipulate blockchain networks
• Running malicious software, malware, or exploit tools
• Circumventing protocol safeguards or validator rules

2.3 Infrastructure Abuse

• Excessive or abusive resource consumption beyond agreed parameters
• Unauthorized access to systems, hardware, or networks
• Interference with GPS infrastructure or other clients

2.4 Prohibited Content or Activities

• Hosting or facilitating unlawful content
• Supporting activities involving prohibited or sanctioned entities
• Any use that creates undue legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to GPS

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client is solely responsible for:

• Ensuring all activity conducted through the Services complies with this Policy
• Understanding the rules and requirements of each blockchain network
• Monitoring their own node behavior and network participation

GPS does not monitor Client activity for compliance and assumes no responsibility for Client misuse.

4. ENFORCEMENT AND REMEDIES

GPS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:

• Suspend or restrict access to the Services
• Terminate Services immediately and without notice
• Take any action deemed necessary to protect infrastructure, networks, or legal compliance

Such actions may be taken if GPS reasonably believes that Client activity violates this Policy, the Terms, or applicable law.

5. NO WAIVER

Failure by GPS to enforce this Policy in any instance shall not constitute a waiver of the right to enforce it in the future.

6. MODIFICATIONS

GPS reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Services following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
